The Skywalker Constellation is an advanced LEO small satellite constellation that provides reliable, low power, low-cost satellite communication services to remote areas, connecting devices and assets.
The constellation consists of 48 small satellites comprising of 36 satellites at 50 degrees inclined low-orbit plus 12 SSO satellites. With the first batch of Skywalker satellites in orbit, HEAD can provide data collection services at least twice per day worldwide that enables immediate access to the market.
Latency will reduce progressively and significantly to one hour then down to a few minutes with ~100 revisits depending on the latitude, with the launch of more satellites, scheduled to be completed by 2023.
